Who We Are
We build systems, not demonstrations
Syncro is an engineering company working across IoT, embedded systems, cloud and software. We design connected systems for homes, farms, facilities and the natural environment — the kind that have to keep working in the rain, on a bad connection, at three in the morning.
Most of what we build spans hardware and software. That is deliberate: the gap between a device and the application reading it is where projects usually fail, and the most reliable way to close it is for one team to own both sides.

Start with the constraint
Before anything is specified we establish what actually limits the project — power, connectivity, budget, or the people who will use it.

Design for the failure case
Systems are built assuming the network drops, the power fails and nobody is watching the screen. Local control and buffering are the default.

Prove it on site
Bench tests are not evidence. We commission on the real site, under real conditions, before calling anything finished.

Architecture, runbooks and training come as standard, so you are never locked in by missing knowledge.
